House #1 is a two- storey stone house suitable to accommodate a couple or a family with up to two children.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed which easily converts into two single beds or one double bed to allow for the addition of a 3rd or a 4th person, a W.C and a private veranda with direct views to the garden, the private pool and the Messinian gulf. Climbing up a flock of stairs one can find a master bedroom, the main bathroom and a second private veranda offering breath taking views.
