Named after a type of olive tree that was cultivated in this land for decades, Tseralia Houses pay tribute to the verdant landscape, serene surroundings and iconic green architecture of Mani in the beautiful region of Messinia in the Peloponnese. The owner’s grandfather bought this plot of land back in 1890 without knowing that we would make it our life’s work to make the most of it, and so we did. We built a complex of four self-catering stone Mani Villas according to the region’s architectural principles and standards in a plot spreading across 4000 square meters so as to ensure utmost privacy and seclusion. These enchanting Mani Villas are built in uneven levels to provide uninterrupted views of the Messinian gulf and natural surroundings while offering guests a sense of authentic filoxenia.

What a lovely place! I have been there for a 2nd time. Outstanding in all aspects. If you want to be in paradise but still near two beautiful villages (kardamili & Stoupa) you are in the right place. HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY IN THE MANI REGION.

Beautiful villas with nice private pools. Nicely decorated villa with multiple outdoor seating areas. Spectacular views over the Aegean sea and Stoupa area. Host Stratos was great; easy going, clear communication and happy to accommodate to our wishes. Definite worth a second stay!

FANTASTIC VILLA. FAULTLESS.

This really is a fantastic villa up in the hills above Stoupa - one of four in total. The photos on Booking.com gave a sense that it was quite a special place and we were not disappointed when we arrived. Well appointed and spotless. Cleaned every day - which we weren't expecting. Hosts worked very hard to ensure everything went smoothly - from being in touch prior to arrival to checking in with us every couple of days (without being intrusive).

FANTASTIC APARTMENT FOR EXECUTIVE VACATIONS.

Super clean, super comfortable, super quiet apartments, with 2 bedrooms (downstairs) and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic view to Kalogria bay (4 minutes away by car) private pool, new and very carefully equipped. Netflix + some local goods included. Surely a very beautiful appt for executive vacations.
